Shipping and Collection

Shipping costs vary based on the country of destination, the amount of the order and the method selected. The amounts are summarized during checkout.

- Shipping to Italy for orders under €150: €15.00

- Shipping to Italy for orders over €150: FREE

- Shipping to Europe for tax orders under €250: €19.00

- Shipping to Italy for large orders over €250: FREE

- Shipping outside Europe: €22.50

- Free collection at our Adore Cosmetics Milan boutique - Corso Garibaldi 42, 20121 Milan (Italy): FREE

Shipping costs and Digital Gift Cards do not contribute to reaching the minimum threshold to benefit from free shipping. However, any promotions specifically dedicated to delivery costs must be taken into consideration.

Delivery times are:

- Standard shipping in Italy: transit time between 2 and 6 working days

- Standard shipping to Europe: transit time between 4 and 9 working days

- Shipping outside Europe: to be verified based on the country of destination.

For purchases made in specific periods characterized by promotions and during holidays (e.g. Christmas), delivery within the times indicated above may not be guaranteed. Adore Cosmetics Milano and its partners will however make every effort to ensure that orders are shipped as soon as possible.
