Returns and Refunds - Policies valid for online purchases only

POLICIES VALID ONLY FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE FROM OUR WEBSITE www.adorecosmetics.it

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, except as indicated in the following points. To exercise this right, the customer must send Mazal Srl a notice of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

This communication must be sent by email to the address customers@mazalrl.com (provided it is confirmed within 48 hours by registered mail with return receipt) and registered letter with return receipt addressed to:

Adore Cosmetics Milano c/o Mazal Srl - Via Washington 70, 20146 Milan

The following information must be included in the communication:

- Name and Surname of the customer;
- Customer address;
- Order number and purchase date;
- Item description, quantity, reason for return and related amount paid

Upon receipt of the communication, Customer Care will communicate to the customer via email the methods for shipping the products. Please note that the shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer as provided for by Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code. Once the withdrawal request has been accepted and the goods have been received, Mazal Srl will refund the entire amount paid by the customer, net of shipping costs, within 14 days from the date on which the customer exercised the right of withdrawal.

Finally, please consider that the consumer customer pursuant to the Consumer Code cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the following is found:

- The opening of the product, which has therefore compromised its integrity;
- The absence of elements that are part of the product (e.g. case, cap, dispenser, stirrer, etc.);
- Damage to the product;
- Goods returned after 14 days, which is the maximum return period.

The consumer customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal even in the case of purchasing a Gift Card, consequently the amount spent for the purchase of this type of product will not be refunded.

PURCHASES MADE AT ONE OF OUR "PHYSICAL" STORES ARE GOVERNED BY DIFFERENT POLICIES, IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CURRENT CONSUMER CODE; THEREFORE, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THE LATTER DUE TO CHANGES OF USE.
